Dr Scientist w/s/g Squid Parade, Becoming a Ghost

Dr Scientist is rock’s most mysterious new character, pulling influence from many styles while still delivering a hard-hitting, melodic, catchy, energetic rock show. Known for their engaging and entertaining shows, the NJ based quartet will be making a stop at Parish Public House 11/18 supported by Squid Parade and Becoming a Ghost.

Squid Parade is a bizarre cocktail of flavors that are combined in the musical blender of live and studio performance and poured out to satisfy hungry ears. The band met in the Oneonta State College Frank Zappa band, The Mothers of Intention and, armed with the musical prowess that being in such an ensemble demanded, Squid Parade was formed.

Becoming a Ghost provides an experimental take on indie and alternative rock – blending melancholy tone and subtle math with ferocious drive.
