With a wide variety of influences, from 60’s and 70’s rock and funk to 80’s post-punk, 90’s jamband and 00’s indie and post-rock, the band provides a unique and entertaining experience with a focus on live performances that incorporate danceable grooves, interesting set lists, and creative and compelling improvisation and songwriting.

The Paul Graves Trio is a trio based out of the Capital Region offering an eclectic mix of hard blues, funk and folk. Todd’s funky “Carter Beuford esque” drum beats, Andy’s groovin’ bass lines and Paul’s tube screaming lead guitar are the foundations of this high powered trio. 100% is given at every performance because music is what they love to do.

El Modernist delivers a new take on the world of indie rock. With pulsating hooks and lush melodic waves of psychedelia, the band combines upbeat, catchy garage-rock with a modern alternative hip-hop sound. (Which is a fancy way of saying they sing and play guitars and sometimes raps happen and it’s fun).
