Yoga & Brews

The chilly season is upon us and so are the holidays! It’s time to warm your bones with a delicous brew and stretch your muscles with an all levels yoga class. Take a break from the Holiday run-a-around and Treat yourself. Join me on the Mat on December 10th for Yoga & Brew’s at Parish Public House. Class starts at 12:30pm but feel free to come early.

$14 p.p includes an hour yoga class and one draft beer which can be drank before, during or after! Wear comfy clothes and be prepared for a great class!
